Introduction
Bottles are entered by the air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isn’t changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way
- Adopting clamping bottleneck fashion to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, when bottle type changes, you need to change the board related with bottle diameter
- Filling adopts cylinder feeding structure, filling valve adopts high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids level accurately and without loss.
- Screw capper adopts French advanced technologies which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle.
- The PLC and transducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on.

Q1. The material for making machine is SS210 or SS304? Can I ask for SS316 material?
A1: We never use SS210, material for beverage machines should be good.
Price for SS316 is much higher than SS304, if you could accept the price, it is ok surely.
Q2. How can I make sure the quality of the machine?
A2: We promise quality and have one-year guarantee, and you can come to inspect the machines.
Q3. My country has standards for the machines, they need to have ***certicate, do you have?
A3: We now have BV/ISO9001:2008 certificate. Please tell us your standard, we shall apply for that certificate.
