Drinking water filling machine introduction

 

This mineral water filling machine (filling water machine) is a standard 3-in-1 monoblock for PET bottles. Continuous rinsing, high speed gravity/pressure filling and capping are composed in one machine. It applies for filling drinking water, pure water and mineral water with max. capacity of 40,000BPH (500ml).

Drinking water filling machine features

  • This mineral water filling machine adopts advanced high speed gravity/pressure filling. This realizes high speed, low reflux rate and accurate liquid level.
  • We adopt magnetic torque capping head, high efficiency and low reject ration.
  • Cap unscrambling and feeding unit will take out the reversed caps automatically.
  • No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. Once the caps are lack, the machine will stop automatically.
  • In the rinsing, filling and capping process, the bottles are transferd by neck-hanging, which realizes contactless with the bottle screw. This avoids second pollution to the material. For large capacity of production line, the bottles can be carried by clamps in whole process. This makes it much easier to suit for different capacity of bottles.
  • The water pipes for rinsing water is made of stainless steel 304.
  • According to customer’s requirement, the bottles can be washed by aseptic air or/and aseptic water.
  • The machine is controlled by PLC and HMI. It is easy for operation and maintenance.
  • Safety device is thoroughly installed in any of our machine.
  • All the electrical parts and pneumatic parts are from world famous manufacturers.
