The full-automatic concrete terrazzo tile making machine includes the following parts:

A) Raw Material:
Mix water, raw material such as cement, stone particles and sand up in proportion and feed the mixture evenly to the main machine of the CNC concrete terrazzo producing machines, and then under the high pressure of a hydraulic cylinder and a mould, semifinished concrete terrazzos which become concrete terrazzos after maintenance and painting are produced. If different moulds such as roof tile moulds are applied, roof tiles can be obtained.

A: We can provide machines making concrete roof tiles, cement tiles, terrazzos, and bricks or blocks.
2) Q: What sizes would be normal for you?
A: For concrete roof tiles or terrazzos, maximum size achievable on MYW-8 is 600*600*70mm,
maximum size achievable on MYW-10 is 1230*640*20mm and 1000*1000*70mm.
3) Q: What's the production capacity you would like to achieve?
A: Our machine can achieve capacity of 3000 to 3600 pieces per 8 hours for concrete roof tiles,
2000 to 2800 pieces for terrazzo floor tiles.
4) Q: Working voltage you would like to use? 220V or 380V or 440V, etc.?
A: The voltage of our machines are 380V. But we can also make it at the voltage as per your local requirement.
5) Q: What's the MOQ of your machines?
A: The MOQ is 1 set.
6) Q: Where can we buy the machine's parts?
A: Our company can provide spare parts or components for you at any time.
