DESCRIPTION
This is machine is designed as single welding electorde head with X,Y Asix automatic fixture feeder , which can improve welding effective than normal row welding machine. It is easily to change different fixture if you have different type of wire mesh with the same wire mesh size. .Effective welding wire mesh is LxW 1000x1000 mm.
1. Semi-automatic feeding type: Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold, automatic step feeding to welding position and welding a row automatically, then automatic draw the mesh mold to next welding position and automatic welding until to finish a complete mesh, then mesh mold automatic back to origin and get out the mesh ;
2.The structure of the machine is simple, and the assembly is easy. Be able to match with different welding machines.
3. Adopt the servo motor to drive the X, Y axis to run in the PLC preset program. Max to store 5000 welding positions and 18 sets welding models (18 types of welding positions and welding current of wire mesh).
