Product Introduction
The KCB / 2CY Series gear oil pumps possess the advantages of simple and compact structure, easy operation and simple maintenance. The KCB Series gear oil pumps are suitable for transporting various oils such as petroleum, diesel and lubricant oils. They are widely used in oil reservoirs, piers, ships, mining sites, factories and farms. The Series 2CY gear oil pumps are mainly used for transporting viscous lubricants for mechanical equipment. When equipped with stainless steel gears, the pumps can pump cooking oils or beverages.

Application
1.The pump is suitable to transport various lubrication liquid at temperature not higher than 70℃. If temperature is up to 200℃,anti-high temperature material will be matched.Its viscosity is 5*10-5-15*10-3m2/s.
2.The pump is not suitable to transport liquid such as corrosive or containing hard grain or fiber high volatile or low flash point for example gasoline,benzene.(Pump can transport gasoline if copper gear is adopted,And pump can transport ordinary corrosive liquid if stainless steel material is adopted.)

1. Q: Whats the MOQ ?
A: 1 set for regular product ,the special one we need to discuss.
2. Q : What're your payments ?
A: For small order valve < 4000USD, our customer chose 100% T/T.
For order valve >4000USD, we can accept 30 % T/T inadvance , 70 % should be paid before shipping.
3 . Q : How long is the deliver time ?
A : For the order in stock ,we will deliver goods at once against payment.
For the orders out of stock , the products time is 7 days for bare pump, 25days for electric pump set or diesel engine pump set , the deliver time is base on the shipping date and your order by sea.
4. Q: What about the package ?
A : Standard export Plywood case .
5.Q : How is the pump delivered to us ?
A : For small order will be delivered by internation express ,like DHL,TNT ,FEDEX,UPS.
For large order ,it will be delivered by air ,sea ,vehicle or multi-modal transport.
6. Q : How long is the warranty ?
A: According to the internation standards , pump in standard operation is 1 year ,3 monthes for spare parts.
