This arc adjust plate rolling machine have a good function of pre-bending.Once feed the plate,the pre-bending of the edge and circle can be complete without turn around.The 3 rollers of this machine are all main drive shaft.The upper roller fixed,the down roller make the elevation movement along the arc.The main roller's rotation and lift movement used hydraulic transmission and the lift displacement display in screen.The mobile independent console make the usage more convenient.The safety device make the operation safer.This is a simple machine,easy maintenance, high bending precision straight edge, it is an advanced sheet metal bending equipment.

The shaft of up and down install in the frame,the bears on both sides used the spherical roller bearing.The main shaft is fixed.
The two down rollers aligning by the spherical roller bearing, fixed in the mobile rack which can do the arc movement along the central axis.And by the both sides of the roller lift cylinder to drive its arc movement.
The upper roller and two down rollers are all main drive roller.Through the hydraulic motor ,gears,chain to drive the main axis and side axis to do the movement of rotary.The unique synchronization mechanism to make the up and down roller have the same line speed when roll the different material plate.
The brake device for the rotary to ensure the accurate position of the workpiece bending volume and pre-bending.The whole machine has the sufficient strength and stiffness,the main parts of the force use the keys and pins toconnect,easy to installation and maintenance.
