Main Application: This machine is mainly applied to the packaging lines of medicines, foodstuffs, chemicals, cultural goods, cosmetics and light industries etc. it can be used for non-drying-glue labeling onto the plastic bottles and glass bottles.
Structure and Characteristics: It adopts non-drying-glue web of paper.During the course of conveying bottles vertically, the machine pulls label paper out and sticks it on the appointed position. The overall operation of this machine is responsible with no bottles left unlabeledly. It also features neatness and hygiene, mildew repellent, beautiful appearance after attaching a label, fastness, impossibility of falling off voluntarily and high efficiency etc. As a result of electric-mechanical integrated structure, the feeding-label device is controlled by stepping motor, which has functions such as no label conveying and no label sticking unless the existence of? bottles. Besides, it is also? equipped with heat transfer printer to ensure correct printing and clear type fonts. The controlling system adopts Siemens Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Multicolor touch screen can be used for man-machine interaction.
