 Description of lage capacity bucket elevator:                              

Bucket elevator featurs large throughput, great enhancing-height, stable and reliable operation, long life and other significant advantages. 
Bucket elevator works with gravity, centrifugal or hybrid-type discharge, earth-type loading. 
Applicable to transport packing density of less than 1.5t/m3, easy to take powder, granular, small block materials, such as coal, cement, gravel, sand, fertilizer, food and so on.

Structure of large capacity bucket elevator:                                 

Elevator boot – consist of Belt Tightening arrangement, Trapdoor for Cleaning on Both sides of the boot, Pulley Arrangement for rotation of Belt, 1 Inlet Piece, Heavy Duty Ball Bearings, Motor Bracket, and extension with large inspection cover on one side for periodic inspection.
Elevator head – consist of Heavy Duty Ball Bearings, Motor bracket, Pulley Arrangement for rotation of Belt, extension with large inspection covers on one side
Intermediate Elevating Boxes – consist of thick wide angles to provide strong support and accurate alignment for all the boxes.
Buckets and Belt of required dimensions and capacity
Gear Fitted Motor for smooth running of the elevator at desired rate.

Operate the equipment have to be technically trained to know the principle and rules of operation. Someone should be specially selected and put in charge of the operation.

To ensure normal operation of the equipment, a manual containing strict rules and procedures for its operation, maintenance and repair should be well prepared and followed. Tools, replacement parts for maintaining, repairing and lubricating oil and grease must be available for immediate use.
