Operating Instructions:
Setup:
Choose the appropriate mounting configuration (horizontal, suspended, or side-hung) based on the work site.
Install the tractor using the base or suspension accessories as needed.
Connect the power supply (AC220V or 380V) to the control box.
Operation:
Turn on the control box and select the operating mode (single or multi-sync).
Adjust the speed within the range of 3-12m/min as required.
Start the tractor and monitor the cable bridge hauling process.
During Operation:
Ensure the cable bridge is moving smoothly and evenly.
Adjust the force and speed as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
Shutdown:
Stop the tractor using the control box.
Disconnect the power supply.
Remove the cable bridge and clean theactor and accessories.
Safety Precautions:
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during operation.
Ensure the cable diameter is within the specified range (Ø1-6cm).
Regularly inspect the tractor and accessories for wear or damage.
Follow proper mounting procedures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintenance Guidelines:
Regularly clean the tractor and accessories to prevent dirt buildup.
Check and tighten any loose bolts or connections.
Inspect the power cables and control box for damage.
