Product Overview:
The XiaoNiu 1 Enhanced Cable Conveyor is an advanced and compact machine designed for efficient cable conveying in tight spaces, including manholes and cable trays. With a maximum pulling force of 8000N and a conveying speed range of 4-22m/min, it delivers powerful performance for various cable installation tasks. The conveyor features both panel and remote control for simplified operation, and its reinforced wear-pads ensure non-slip traction and durability.

60cm Manhole Access: Easily fits through standard 60cm manholes for underground cable installations.
Fits Cable Trays and Tight Spaces: Compact design allows for use in confined areas and cable trays.

High Pulling Force: 8000N maximum pulling force for demanding cable conveying tasks.
Reinforced Wear-Pads: Non-slip wear-pads ensure reliable traction and long-term durability.
Operating Instructions:
Pre-Operation Setup:
Place the conveyor in the desired location, ensuring it is stable and level.
Connect the power supply according to the voltage requirement (AC380V standard or AC220V custom).

Attach the cable to the conveyor, ensuring it is properly aligned and secured.
Starting the Conveyor:
Turn on the power switch using the control panel.
Use the remote control or control panel to select the desired conveying speed within the range of 4-22m/min.
Operation:
Monitor the cable conveying process to ensure smooth movement.
Adjust the speed or direction as needed using the control panel or remote control.
Stopping the Conveyor:
Use the control panel or remote control to reduce the speed to zero.
Turn off the power switch.
Disconnect the power supply and remove the cable.
Safety Precautions:
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during operation.
Ensure the cable diameter is within the specified range (Ø1-19cm) to prevent equipment damage.
Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts.
Regularly inspect the conveyor for any signs of wear or damage, and perform maintenance as needed.
Maintenance Guidelines:
Regularly check and replace the reinforced wear-pads if they show signs of wear.
Clean the conveyor after each use to prevent the buildup of dirt and debris.
Inspect the power cables and connections for any damage or wear.
Store the conveyor in a dry, protected area when not in use.
