Product Overview:
The Submarine Cable Conveyor is a robust and versatile machine designed for the efficient handling and conveying of submarine cables. The conveyor features a stepless speed control system with four gears, allowing for instant start/stop and forward/reverse toggle. Operating Instructions:
Setup:
Place the conveyor on a stable surface near the submarine cable deployment area.
Connect the power supply to AC380V (50Hz).
Ensure the cable diameter is within the specified range (Ø2~24cm).
Operation:
Use the keypad remote control to power on the conveyor.
Select the desired gear and adjust the conveying speed using the stepless control.
Engage forward or reverse rotation as needed for cable deployment or retrieval.
Monitor the cable conveying process to ensure smooth operation.
Shutdown:
Use the remote control to stop the conveyor.
Disconnect the power supply.
Remove any remaining cable and clean the conveyor.
Safety Precautions:
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during operation.
Ensure the cable is properly aligned and within the specified diameter range to prevent damage.
Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts.
Regularly inspect the conveyor for wear and tear, and perform maintenance as needed.
