Chain Feeder corrugated cardboard flexo printer with CE
Main Machine Features:
1) PLC control, convenient and reliable.
2) All drive rollers are high grade steel, plate with the hard chromium, abrade outside.
3) Drive gear adopt 40 Cr high grade alloy steel to grind but becomes and goes through 50 degree of heat treatment Rockwell hardness.
4) The whole machine unit electrical separation, pneumatic locking, pneumatic general locking, sustained bell warning during moving, ensures operation personnel safe.
5) Different start and stop warning rings.
6) Start the machine by both hands, ensures that handling person safe.
7) In front, middle and the end, there are emergency stop buttons.
8) There are different guiding lights for switching-on, standby, moving and abnormal (three-color guiding lights of LED).
9) There are emergency stop buttons in each unit which can stop the moving of the unit inside to ensure the operators safe.
10) Adopting int’l famous brands electric fittings for the whole machine. The complete machine zeroes without exception ,
wipe printing plate memory and preset function, printing and die-cutting phases zero, pre-adjustment and accurate adjustment,
phase adjustment, all above make the whole machine with high accuracy.
Main assembly
1) 360 degree electric and digital adjustment, brake motor 0.37Kw, 200 dots rotary coder.
2) Pneumatic disc pump for ink supplying.
3) Pneumatic unit locking, the whole machine general locking.
4) Electric moving of each unit with electromagnetic safety clutch.
5) The ink distributing roller automatic lifting to make the ink even automatically.
6) Pneumatic inking.
7) Production automatic counting.
8) Safety alarm for unit moving.
9) Automatic lubricating with gear pump.
