Mono-metal liner hardness reaches 58-60HRC.Liners have such characteristics as best surface finish, high wear proof resistance, high corrosion resistance, long service time.It suited to be used in mildly corrosive mud.

2). Mud pump valve assembly are all by forging, after heat treatment they can be HRC58-62.The valve seat cone and wing double support. It have high strength, impact resistance. It is suitable for high pressure drilling and accord with API standard.

3). Piston assembly is the expendable parts at the drilling pump hydraulic system, which have been processed by heat treatment. The long service life mud pump piston assembly rubber are made from special acryonitrile - butadiene rubber, it has superior performance at oil resistance, heat resistance,water resistence.The bottom adapt fiber fabric  fabric to strengthen tensile strength, high wear resistence and extend service life.
