Valve body, valve seat and nut all by forging, after heat treatment they can be HRC58-6.2. The valve seat cone and wing double support. It have high strength, impact resistance. It is suitable for high pressure drilling and accord with API standard.
Three-muscle valves has larger displacement than four-muscle valves. We have two forms of rubber installing: spinning the rubber with nut and directly cover the rubber without nut and accord with API standard.
The valves body and stem-guided are manufactured forged, the rubber is put directly onto the valves. It has larger emissions than three muscle valves and four muscle valve. It has long service life.
The valves body and stem-guided four wings manufactured by whole precision casting, the rubber with plate pinch are bolt on the valve body.
The valve body and four-wing meet with friction welding into a whole, strong and durable.
Used special alloy, steel which has been heat treatment can bear high temperature and high pressure, suitable for high press drilling and fracturing drilling. Widely used in all kinds of plunger pump, high-pressure pump and fracturing equipment. Valve seat are produced from alloy steel forging.
Advantages: large displacement, the full open seat is easily removed. The rubber is directly installed onto the valve body.
