Q: What are its features?
1. Large flow & high efficiency
The impeller adopts a double-sided water intake structure (equivalent to the combination of two single-suction impellers). Under the same size, its flow rate is 1.5-2 times that of a single-suction pump; optimized hydraulic design enables its efficiency to be 8%-12% higher than ordinary pumps.
2. Stable operation & low vibration
The double-suction structure can automatically balance the axial force. Combined with the double volute design, the radial force fluctuation is reduced by about 60%. The operating vibration and noise are much lower than those of single-suction pumps, making it suitable for scenarios with high stability requirements (e.g., power stations, precision industries).
3. Easy maintenance
The pump body adopts a horizontal split-case structure (the pump cover and pump body are split horizontally along the axis). During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes; the pump body can be directly opened to replace the impeller and seals, greatly reducing maintenance time.
4. Strong anti-cavitation capability
The double-suction inlet design reduces the liquid flow rate. Combined with the optimized flow channel, it effectively reduces the risk of cavitation and prolongs the service life of the impeller.
5. Wide application range
It can transfer clean water, sewage, and slightly corrosive liquids (materials can be stainless steel/duplex steel), with an operating temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃, suitable for various industrial and municipal scenarios.
