Our products mainly cover oil drilling rig, workover rig, triplex single-acting mud pump, pump package, solid control system and their parts etc.
Among all of these, triplex mud pump and pump parts are our specialty. We start our company from mud pump in 2002.
Our pump power ranges from 350HP to 2200HP, and displacement ranges from 6L/s to 77L/S. We now have two series pumps for your choice, American Emsco F series and China 3NB series. They are a little different in pump structures.
The expendable parts for Emsco F pumps can be exchangeable with any other factory made ones according to API standard. 3NB series are purely China made pump, but relatively cheaper in price.
1. F series mud pumps are new pumps improved from EMSCO mud pumps. And they obtain advanced structures and supreme performance. Comparing with EMSCO mud pumps, RLF mud pumps have 5 patents as follows:
A. Spray pump is driven by motor
B. Secured spray pipeline
C. Dispatch and assembly device for piston
D. Forced lubrication oil pump.
E. Magnetic adhesion for lubricant.
2. F series mud pumps have solid and compact structures, small volume and outstanding operation performance, so they can meet the requirement of high pressure and high displacement.
3. F series mud pumps adopt the combination of forced lubrication and splashing lubrication with reliable lubrication to prolong the service time.
