Product Description

Drill collar is basic component which provides weight on the bit for drilling and keeps the drill sting in tension. Drill collar is manufactured from 4145H modified quenched and tempered steel, strict metallurgical specifications are followed to insure that full length heat treating produces a consistent maximum depth of hardness.

* Slick Drill Collar: provide weight to drill bit so that drill pipe is in tension. Especially the drill collar can keep centralizing for drill bit and hole track by large rigidity.

* Spiral Drill Collar: reduce contact area with hole so as to avoid efficiently bit sticking from diffirential pressure.

* Non-magnetic Drill Collar: as cold rolled finish on both ID and OD surface with unique technical process strengthen the structure and ensures the tools with optimal resistance to stress, corrosion, cracking and the mechanical performance is greatly enhanced.
