SM rotary filling and sealing machine

1.1 Te machine is suitable for filling and sealing of plastic tube and aluminum-plastic tube.

1.2 The body and rack of the machine adopts SUS304.

The body of the machine  is installed on the adjustable supporting legs, enough space for the forklift to transport.

1.3 The mechanical parts inside are antirusted, all the exposed parts are anodized.

1.4 All parts contacting material adopts SUS316L.

1.5 Air cooling motor is equiped.

1.6  The interlock switch is installed on the safety guard door, the machine

stops when the door is open.

1.7 Parts of filling valve is easy and quick to clean and disassemble.

1.8 The mold is convenient to change without tools.

1.9At the max  machanical speed, the noise is under 78dB (EEC Standard)

Equipment Component

2.1  Automatic tube feeding device.

2.2 Air blow in tube for cleaning when filling.

2.3 No tubes, no filling.

2.4 Accurate automatic marking , completed by stepper motor and photoelectric

switch.

2.5 The filling valve with rotation function adopts SUS316L,

filling capacity: 3ml-120ml,

filling precision: ±1%.

2.6 The filling piston path is adjustable.

2.7  postitive shut-off device and air blow clean filling head device (drip-proof

 system). The air blowing of filling head of is adjustable.

2.8 Push the completed tubes from the machine automatically (already sealed).

2.9 30L SUS316L material hopper (with cover, jacket, electric heating, mixing,

warning of high and low material level).
