SM plastic bottle filling production line
This compact line consists of three systems: cleaning, filling and sealing, can fulfill processing procedures such as bottle input, bottle conveying, turning over the bottles by manipulator, ion-air flushing, dosing filling and Nitrogen charging, cap orienting, cap feeding, heating, emptying, heat sealing, output and etc. It can be connected with other machines to form a whole packing compact line. It is mainly used for 50-500ml plastic bottles production in pharmaceutical factories.
Characteristics:
1. Connecting in series with clear structure and fine appearance. Washing, filling and sealing run continuously. Bottle conveying adopts bottle mouth orientation to orient, which is exact and reliable for bottle conveying and transferring, is convenient for replacing specifications.
2. The line has good applicability, it can used for production of all kinds of 50-500ml plastic bottles. Few size parts need to be changed when replacing specification.
3. It adopts friction wheel auto feeding technology, reduces labor intensity, and has high automation degree.
4. It adopts ion wind to clean, which saves running costs.
5. Washing part is relative independent to filling part. They are separated by plexiglass, which can avoid pollution to filling part from ion wind.
6. It adopts cap hanging feeding technology, has good applicability to abnormal shape caps. It adopts ion wind to clean interior cap, which avoids pollution link effectively.
7. It adopts constant pressure clamping pipe valve to fill, and controls filling volume through setting filling time, which has high automatization degree and high filling precision, and can realize no-bottle-no-filling.
8. It adopts easy adjustable jointing clamp structure, caps and clamp have good centering.
9. There is photoelectric detection in key part. It can monitor every production data and trouble signal, display trouble point, including output, temperature of heating piece, ion wind nozzle, ion wind power and etc.
10. It adopts advanced PLC technology, human touch screen operating system, guarantees normal running of machine. It has high automation degree, few operators and low labor intensity.
