It is suitable for conveying powder, granulated and small lump materials, such as cement, coal, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, coke, etc. The screw conveyor can transport bulk materials in level, small dip angle, or vertically. It can be equipped fixed or movable type.

The helical blade is the mainly parts of the conveyor, materials are moving by the vane rotation, during the moving, materials are getting mixed and at the same time the vane has been friction, so that it has a big power consumption. The screw conveyor’s transmission wire is commonly 20-40m/h , no more than 100m/h , the normally transport length is 50m, no more than 70m, and 10m in the vertical .
