2.1, Structure of brick making machine:
QT4-15 brick making machine is weldely by using special thick-walled rectangle welding method.
The transmission shaft and gears are made of alloy steel which entitles them much stronger and more durable.
The skip working platform is made of manganese steel. Which extends it’s service life.
Other parts of brick machine machine are all in accordance with national’s standard, besides, we also import spare parts from famous international company, such as Siemens from Germany.
2.2, Automatic Device of brick making machine:
Our brick making machine employs the famous international PLC control of Siemens, besides, other electrics elements are also imported from world famous manufacturers .It can work automatically, semi-automatically and manually according to your preference.
2.3, Design Characteristics of our brick making machine:
Vibration superiority: Table and Mould vibration work together to achieve products of high density.
The upper mould and mould case are driven by gears and racks, Chain which ensures the upper mould and mould case move accurately.
There are rubber vibration absorbing shims on both the upper mould and vibration platform, which can reduce energy consumption.
It is easy to modify the vibration force and obtain the best vibration frequency.
In the process of sending pallets. The rocker converts its circular motion into liner motion of the connection rod , so pallets will uniformly accelerate and move smoothly.
