1. Brief introduction of QT series brick making machine
1).QT series brick machine can produce hollow&solid bricks by clay,shale,flyash,slag or mixed waste material,
2) .The spiral cut reamer of the machine adopt wear-resistance metal spray painting technology;
3).The upper stage mixing shaft, the cut reamer big shaft, the up-down body etc. are all passed the aging, quenching and tempering process.
4).The reducer gearwheel is the hardened tooth face;
5). Reasonable design, compact structure, the equipment can work steadily without installing of foundation bolts;
6). It can largely reduce the consumption of power for vibration in working process.

QT8-15 Type brick machine to change the mold can produce road hard shoulder, river brick, slope protection brick, square brick piers brick, grass brick products, the use of a machine. The low-frequency feeding, high frequency tap, desk is molded together vibration let the concrete in two to three seconds to fully liquefied exhaust, to achieve high-density, high strength. Advanced hydraulic proportional control technology can easily control any branch oil line pressure and the amount of oil in the hydraulic system, enabling the use of different raw materials to produce the same high-quality products. PLC intelligent control of the whole process, with data input and output devices, to achieve the ideal of the man-machine dialogue, the control system also includes a advanced security logic control and fault diagnosis system. Vibration system is composed of two parts, both the vibration and the pressure vibration, product molding density uniformity. Omron relays and contactors:
A. Siemens PLC, with great adaptability, guarantees the stability and reliability of the machine;

2. Use Frequency Conversional Control Technology, which controls the block making:
A. Frequency Conversion Control: Guarantees the precise and parallel movement between tamper head and mould,
protects the products from transfiguration; Increases the production rate by improving the vibrating efficiency;
B. Controls the instantaneous start and stop of the motors, to protect the motor from over-heating caused by constant working;
C. Power saving: 30%;
3. Use Double high-dynamic Proportional/Directional Valves to automatically adjust the oil flow and pressure
A. Buffer the hydraulic cylinder, to protect the cylinder from damage caused by inertia;
B. Guarantee production stability;
4. 360° Multi-Shaft Rotating and Compulsory Feeding:
A. Speedy and rotating feeding, with uniform mixing, to make sure that the density and intensity of the products
