1.Main parts of the machine: machine bed, worktable, upright post , beam, horizontal sliding plate, Vertical sliding plate and milling head. All the machine parts are made with long time precision maintenance and cutting under considcration.
2, The machine adopts gantry frame structure, worktable does X axle movement along machine bed rail ,vertical milling head does Y axle movement along beam , and milling head does Zaxle movement along horizontal sliding plate, the X, Y, Z movement is driven by AC servo motor, transmitted by screw through gear wheels.
3, It adopts imported milling and cutting spindle, motor realizes stepless speed regulation by transformer and program controller, and the rotation range is 60-3500rpm.
4, It adopts pncumatic blade shifting device, which makes tool loading casy and swift.
5, Electronic brake and balance device is allocated for vertical lifting movcment, to maintain stable running and avoid blade disconnection on Z axle.
6, It adopts auto interval lubrication device to guarantee all rails to run smooth.
