- 2. Access control
Biometric access control and time attendance device .Rfid access control system like access controller ,Rfid cards /tags ,long range reader for parking system . Magnetic/Electric locks ,Hotel locks and Fingerprint locks . Besides the manufacturer for OEM products ,We are also the distributor for ZK Software .

We have an very professional R&D team with 50 Security engineers and 50 technicians, who are all well experienced in the field of video surveillance and access control products. 10 new models of Mega-pixels IP/AHD/CVI/SDI cameras are issued within each 3 month. 5 new models of fingerprint /RFID access control device are issued within each 6 month. This is for expanding market for each of our customer .
We have established an well trained QC department, who can obtained quality knowledge and work skills termly from the top 3 electric products manufacturer like Foxconn ,Hua wei ,Lenovo to strengthen the employee's quality idea. Until year 2015 April ,we have total 8 production lines with 20 quality assurance employees .There’re more than 12 Inspection stages during the whole production process .This is for ensure 100% high quality on the complete product , Firstly we have very strict standard on testing each piece of CCD sensor ,HD CMOS sensor ,Main board ,IR led .
When the camera is complete ,there’s 48 hours old aging process before packing.
Our technician test each piece of our product before delivery .
If customer have special requirements ,such as third party software connection,Software with brand ,SDK development ,Our professional engineer will work for that to meet these special requirements .
Before make delivery to customer,Our sales person is the last person who will inspect the order personally .
80% of our products are OEM ,which means products are delivered with customer’s brand .We have worked for Hisilicon ,Sony, Samsung ,Blue Iris ,etc.
We make customers’ brand or logo on products , user manual ,software ,label and make special packing box for customer.

Joney Technolog’s products enjoy 2 year warranty ,It comes into effect from delivery date ,Please contact us first if you have technical questions or problem during installation and sales .If problem with device ,we will do our best to solve and satisfied each of our customer. Like changing parts of our products ,Repair or send new ones for replacement if RMA confirmation is received from your side .Refund is also acceptable after our discussion with financial and relate department .This warranty does not cover any damages caused by abuse, accident, misuse, negligence, repair, disaster, modification, improper installation or testing.During the warranty period all the costs of repair will be free of charge. Meanwhile all the returned products will be upgraded with the newest firmware version unless the customer has a special requirement.
