SB320/470/650 roll paper printing machine
Functional Characteristics:
1,Export the main motors with variable frequency and stepless speed operator.
2,The process of adding and selecting material is controlled by electromagnetic brake and clutch. ( Or select the automatic tension controller of Mitsubishi in Japan)
3,The storage devices are controlled by Auto-Rectification Sensor.
4,Ceramic anilox rollers are adopted, with longer life, sustainable properties and anticorrosion,which is beneficial to make change of rollers lesser and improve the productivity.
5,360°regulation of version is applied to separate the printing units, thus other units could continue to function once one is in fault.
6,Infrared dryers are equipped in each printing unit.
7,Each infrared dryer could exchange their UV devices.
8,Adding materials and winding process is achieved by air-rising core shaft clamping device.
9,The roller could drop off by itself and rotate in low speed to avoid the ink being dried once the device stops.
10,The machine could manage paper-providing, printing, glazing, drying , coating and winding in a whole and complete process.
11,The machine stands out for less occupied areas,wider range of printing ,zero pollutants, higher speed, zero noise and better economic efficiency.
