SA-3VTS TAIWAN Sunkist Vertical Foam Block Trimming Machinery

The bottom holder of cutting units are equipped with motors and screw rods which drive these cutting units forward and backward. The Foam Trimming Machine distance of moving forward and backward of cutting units is controlled from the control box.

Product Description

Between two cutting units, there is a 2M horizontal roller type conveyor and a 1M vertical free roller conveyor for carrying and holding the block. When long block is delivered from the conveyor of foaming machine or block storage unit, the vertical cutting unit is capable of trimming skin of long block.

The third set of vertical separator unit is about the same design as previously two sides trimming which is capable to split the block into half.

The cutting blade for fourth set of cutting unit is 90° twisted. It can be used as a block cutter for cutting long block into needed size.
