2.Comprehensive Description
Rotogravure label aluminum foil printing machine is our high-end products. The sets of 7 colors 800 mm model, especially designed for our local customers,use for Tsingtao beer labels printing. For non-absorbent material of aluminum foil, reducing the printing speed, increase the oven temperature. Special customized high-quality surface hardening rollers, via balancing treatment, to ensure that no folds. Hygiene requirements for food grade, we can also provide special Plate Making, with the nontoxic environmentally friendly water-based inks used.
3. Product Features
(1) Customized specifically for foil printing, can also be used for printing other types of flexible packaging materials, with good printing performance of rolling material for continuous printing
(2) Total printing unit (color) can be increased or decreased, not affect the printing effect
(3) Each printing unit can be positive or negative printing, any color combination, and each unit have independent control plate, can automatic correct color register error
(4) Unwinding and rewinding using "inverter control motor + magnetic powder" for tension control, all the guide rollers have been surface nitriding treatment, the maximum to avoid wrinkles
(5) Printing pressure roller, traction pressure roller and doctor blade are all pneumatic type

6. Trading terms and after sales service
(1) We sold machines provide at least 360 days of quality assurance, during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality.
(2) The following three cases: beyond the quality guarantee period, improper operation and man-made damage, we still provide lifetime maintenance & guidance & commissioning of after-sales Service. However, engineers need to charge service fees.
(3) The non-standard machines that we manufacture according to customer needs, for non-standard parts, we offer customization and maintenance of lifetime, but the cost may be slightly higher than the standardized parts.
(4) Trading in FOB Term; the quoted price include the full price of the machine, transported to Ningbo Port fees, customs fees. Not include shipping and insurance charges. We can handle shipping on behalf of the purchaser, the cost paid separately by the purchaser.
(5) Earthquake, shipwrecks, war and other force majeure could be the grounds of exemption for delayed or cannot fulfill. Correspondingly, the other party's corresponding liability is also exempt.
(6) Installation and commissioning are part of after-sales service, at no additional charge. If the customer requests in writing, we will send qualified and experienced engineers. The fees borne by the customer, including but not limited to: transportation costs, accommodation costs, $ 100 per day in subsidies.
(7) Under any circumstances, customer information and contract details will be kept strictly confidential. Unless the court order or the consent of the client.
(8) Matters not covered in this document, refer to "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980)" the relevant provisions solution. Both China and the United States are parties to the Convention.
