1) The whole machine is including unwinding unit, printing unit and rewinding unit,
unwinding and rewinding can be separately, the printing color can be
increased or decreased from 4 colors to 12 colors
2) The main machine equipped with 7 motors control.
3) Each unit of computer color registration system is controlled by separating micro-
processor. Horizontal register optional.
4) Shaftless air cylinder clamping style for install printing cylinder
5) Auto splicing system works accurate and reliable, so can save the materials.
6) Printing press rubber roller, charging draw press roller are both adopted with
pneumatic control
7) Pneumatic back pressure moving doctor blade
8) Ink circulating system with air pump, viscosity controller optional.
9) Air shaft for unwinding and rewinding shaft, shaftless optional.
10) Automatic computer color registration system and picture video camera are
equipped in this type printing equipment.
11) We also provide design and printing cylinder for customers.
12) Different type of heating method so can fit for buyer's requirements.
