Uses:

It is suitable for drying hank yarns of woolen, cotton, synthetic and blended fiber. The speed of conveyor tube transferring and heating rate can be adjusted by the computer control system.

The DC continuous hank yarn drying machine has the rational design, pretty appearance, stablity ,security,durablity.

Its operation features are as below:               

1.The outer installed insulation to prevent heat loss caused by waste.

2. Thermal efficiency, safety brought by the use of spiral heat sink.

3. Festival winds to save heat, to have high heat utilization, and to make hank yarn resurgence after drying.

4.Main chain drives the spindles forward with the uniform speed, and assistance chain drives the spindles rotating, which dyrs yarns more quickly and steadily.

5.To increase hot air speed, it has the installation of large Φ 30 "fans. And it makes wet air out with the dehumidifier, increasing the recycling rate and  improving the drying efficiency.

6.This is easy to use, with spindles in the yarn creel, transported to the drying chamber and then to the end creel by device. Spindles are put on the return transport belt after yarn is put away , sent into yarn entrance, continuously circulating drying.
