GR202 HTHP zipper dyeing machine is special used for dyeing zippers,straps,tapes and lace with coil or bobbin winding.

GR202 high temperature high pressure zipper dyeing machine is specially used for dyeing zippers,straps and lace with coil or bobbin winding.

Max working pressure: 0.4 Mpa

 

Bath Ratio: 1:7-9

 

Method of Heat Exchange: applying coiled heat exchanger or external heat exchanger

Speed of heat exchange: when vapor pressure is 0.5 Mpa, and dye liquor rises from 20oC to 130oC, it requires 40 mins for the dye liquor to decrease from 130oC to 80oC

Method of Dye liquor circulation: equipped with reversing flow adjusting device, with cylinders adjusting both forward and reversing circulation of dye liquor
