AT291 Series HTHP Fiber & Yarn Dyeing Machine (original model HY0240) is high temperature and high pressure sample dyeing machine that suitable for zipper cheese, bulk fiber, pure cotton, polyester, polyester cotton bobbin yarn sample dyeing, wool yarn, hank yarn etc.

★ Stainless steel construction with bead blasting surface treatment to make the machine can make the machine can stand high temperature and high pressure
★ Inner surface of cylinder adopts acid etching surface treatment to protect cylinder against dyes.
★ The machine adopt PLC to control heating, cooling and constant temperature and make the dyeing process programmable
★ This machine are equipped with automatic water supplying system to save labor.
★ The HY0190B type is fully automatic type for pure cotton, polyester, polyester cotton bobbin yarn sample dyeing and equipped with computer control for heating, cooling, water inflow and outflow, dosing, return-flowing, stirring, main kier lever and dosing tank lever controlling.
★ Equipped with safety interlocking mechanism and stainless steel safety values is subject to temperature control, security protection can be set 85℃.
