Hollow sleeve paper cups:

The sleeve bottom is folded, There is gap Between the sleeve and the inside cup.

Direct sleeve paper cups: (include the corrugated/ripple paper cup)

Sleeve straight adhesive around the inner cup

The sleeve material,

Because the sleeve-cone body is sealed by Ultrasonic Wave,

So the material can be:

a. PE film paper, (regular PE film coated paper, PE film from 15gsm to 20gsm )

b. raw paper with gloss printing, or gray-based paper with gloss printing.

 * Gloss printing, that mean, the sleeve out-side surface, after printing, it looks like a film coated on the paper, and looks bright and smooth , so that the sleeve can be sealed by Ultrasonic Wave.

For corrugated sleeve cup,

Pay attention to the corrugated sleeve material,

the ripple sleeve should be 2 layer, (2-layer paste together, inside layer is plain, outside layer is corrugated)

1, inside layer is PE coated paper, it is easy to be sealed by ultrasonic.

2, inside layer is normal paper, outside layer with gloss print, (gloss print looks like film laminated on the paper ), then can be welding by ultrasonic,

3, inside layer and outside layer are both normal paper, you should bruch hot melt glue on the sleeve welding parts, so that can be welding by ultrasonic.

To make double wall paper cups,

Need two style machines,

A, Paper cup machine, to make the inside cup,

B, Paper cup sleeve machine, to make the out sleeve around the inside cup.
