• Double Wall Paper Cup Machine is a matching machine for paper cup machine,
• It makes a second wall/sleeve around paper cup/bowl (the finished products are named double wall paper cup, or sleeve paper cup).
• It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole procedure of :
• Automatic sleeve-paper (fan-sleeve) feeding,
• Sleeve-cone-body welding (by ultrasonic wave),
• Cone-sleeve bottom folding (for hollow-style sleeve cups only),
• Water-glue(POLYVINYL ACETATE EMULSION) spraying (spray glue inside the cone-sleeve),
• Cup/bowl feeding (absorb/suck white-cup into the cone-sleeve),
• Inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup,
• Collecting, and with the function of photo electric detection, fault alarm, and count.
