LFS plastic flowmeter

Product Description

LFS plastic flowmeter is made up of the following components: transparent plastic tapered pipe(with small end downward, big end upward, vertical installation), floater(can move up and down freely in the tapered pipe), screw nut, connection tube, stop gear, O shape circle, etc.

When fluid flows from down to up in the tapered pipe, differential pressure generates, which makes floater rise up. When the differential pressure, floaters gravity, floatage and viscosity force come to a balanced point, floater will stop moving and keep static. When flowrate fluctuates, the flow speed among the space between tapered pipe and floater changes, the differential pressure in floaters upper side and lower side changes, too, therefore, floater will move up and down. The height where floater stays still can be seen as flowrate.
