Product Description

MW-ZSQ Rotary Brush Aerator is a horizontal plug-flow surface aeration, mainly used for the oxidation ditch. Brushes draw air into the ditch when rotating, and form mist or drops to gain more oxygen transfer surface with high efficiency. The treated water fully meet or exceed emission standards.

The machine can be single control and centralized control as well. Structure type diversification to meet a wide ranger of customer requirements.

Configuration & Principle
Consisting of brushes, shaft, bearing seats, drive, elastic coupler, anti-splashing plate, control panel, etc..
Brushes draw air into the ditch when rotating, and form mist or drops to gain more oxygen transfer surface. These rotating brushes mix and propel water simultaneously.

Features
-Vertical gear reducer having high tollerance to impact.
-Stable in operation.
-Flexible coupler permitting some deviation in radius and angle
-Centrally-adjustable roller bearings resistant to deformation due to temperature change.
-Brushes are fixed in hoop, and convenient to install or maintain
