Scope of application
This robot is a full automatic welding mashine of gantry style, with multi-axes and visual tracking system. It is good at welding pipes to cylindrical shell and head of viarable intersecting lines in high efficiency, especially good at welding a number of pipes successively. It applies to chemical equipment, industrial and civil boiler, pressure vessel, pharmaceutical equipment, marine engineering equipment, ship material, etc.
Performance Characteristics
•No need to manual teach, no need precise positioning with fixtures. Advanced laser vision tracking technology combined with intelligent motion control system. Automatic collect of spatial information between the tubes and head, and automaticly plan welding path, accurately and efficiently. Suitable for continuous welding for multiple nozzles.
•With intelligent welding system, can automatically changing the angle of the welding gun according to the needs of the weld joints, support for welding speed setting, breakpoint reweld, arcing anywhere. Through the above function to ensure the accuracy and quality of the welding.
•Parametric input, graphical interface, easy to operate.
•With an anti-collision system in welding head so that it can protect welding head and torch.
