Scope of application
Magnetic crawling cutting robot complete all position cutting in wheeled magnetic crawling way. It is suitable for the cutting of industrial field, such as the cutting of ball/ ellipse plate,head plate. It can complete the various types of spatial curved bevel cutting with 5 axises movement and visual tracking control system. It can cut through tracking the scribing plate. Because it has the function of turning, it can complete arc walking on the plate. It can automaticlly track the bevel scribing, real-time record cutting parameters,thus preventing workers from high-altitude operations and prolonged adjustment and monitoring
Performance characteristics
The magnetic crawling cutting robot can complete the bevel cutting of ball/ ellipse plate,head plate without laying the track.
Visual tracking module can accurately track the cutting route,intelligent recognise the laser scribing, pencil scribing and other types of scribing and give the vertical and horizontal adjustment.
The magnetic crawling cutting robot with turning function can complete the arc walk, control the speed in a stepless and accurate way.
The magnetic crawling cutting robot can adjust the parameters of cutting process by wireless remote control, It’s convenient and quick.
