Scope of application
Magnetic crawling welding robot complete all position welding in wheeled magnetic crawling way. It is suitable for the welding of industrial field, such as all positions welding of tank, storage tank, nuclear safety shell, hull longitudinal seam joints, steel pipe. It can complete multi-passes welding for the various types of spatial curved bevel with 5 axises movement and visual tracking control system. Because it has the function of turning, it can complete arc walking on the plate. It can automaticlly track the bevel, monitor the weld pool, real-time record welding parameters,thus preventing workers from high-altitude operations and prolonged adjustment and monitoring
Performance characteristics
The magnetic crawling welding robot can complete all position welding without laying the track.It can complete multi-passes welding in high quality with tracking the weld seam by vision sensor,without manual adjustment.
The magnetic crawling welding robot with turning function can complete the arc walk, control the speed in a stepless and accurate way.
The weld pool monitoring system can clearly observe the melting pool and the pass of welding, reduces the welding workers labor intensity, reduces the adverse effect of welding process on the body.
Welding oscillator can complete various forms of swing, set the parameters of swing flexibly.
The magnetic crawling welding robot can adjust the parameters of welding process by wireless remote control, It’s convenient and quick.
