Scope of Application

 

This robot can automaticly open holes on cylindrical shell and head through visual localization technology with several axes. It can be used to cut variable intersecting lines on cylindrical shell and head in high-precision and efficiency, especially good at cutting more than one holes successively. It applies to chemical equipment, industrial and civil boiler, pressure vessel, pharmaceutical equipment, marine engineering equipment, ship material, etc.

•Self-developed multi-axes numerical control system, in digital AC servo closed loop control mode

 

•Automaticly input para from graphics file, successively cutting more than one holes once

 

•Be able to cut orthotropic, eccentric, inclined holes on cylindrical shell and head

 

•Online tracing and measure through laser and vision, can track and compensate during incising

 

•Can compensate offset of gap, width, ovality, slope angle

 

•Can dynamicly show progress of incising and welding in animated drawing
