Q: What's the material ratio for the foam concrete blocks?

A: Cement dosage no less than 30%,

    Finer Sand/Flyash/Stone powder(as optional)... dosage no more than 70%,

Foaming agent dosage 0.5~1.2liter normally. 

Q: Can only use sand to blending with cement, foaming agent and water to make CLC blocks?

A: Yes, you can only use finer sand as raw material to make CLC blocks.

In fact, flyash is a good material to make CLC products, stone powder is also a good material for the CLC products, but some countries or areas no flyash or stone powder, they only have various sand, choose the river sand or finer sand(sand size the finer the better) to be as the CLC product material.

Q: I am new on CLC machines, i don't know how to make it.

A: No matter, we have an obligation to teach you how to make quality CLC products hand by hand.

Q: Which machines will be required for a normal CLC BLOCK PLANT?

A:  one set foam concrete mixing machine, one set foam concrete conveying pump, big block moulds&demoulder, CLC block cutting machine, and CLC block clamp, which is often used in a normal CLC block plant.

If you want to set up a simple CLC block plant, just need one set foam concrete mixing machine, one set foam concrete conveying pump, and assembly block moulds.

Q: Does the foam concrete mixing machine including foam generator?

A: Yes, the foam concrete mixing machine mainly integrated foam generator system, mixing system, feeding hopper, water pump and control panel.

Q: How to control the foaming agent and water dosage?

A: There are digital timers which is used to control the foaming agent and water dosage on the control panel of SYT-20 Foam concrete mixing machine.

There are a digital timer which is to control the water dosage, and a sensor to control the foaming agent dosage for the JSP-40 Foam concrete mixing machine.

Q: How to control materials weight?

A: You could under the help of an electric batching machine or by traditional weighing way.

   Compared to SYT-20 Foam concrete mixing machine, JSP-40 foam concrete mixing machine equipped with weighing sensors, just set formula on the display screens of the PLC control panel can automatically finish the needed dosages of cement, sand or flyash....

Q: What's the main differences between CLC Block and AAC Block?

A: The man differences is that CLC products belongs to Physical response, AAC products belongs to Chemical response.
