Non-ferrous Metal Oil-fired Stationary Crucible Melting Furnace
1. Application
The crucible melting furnace is applicable to melting non-ferrous metal such as aluminum, zinc, lead, copper, and gold.
2. Technical Parameters
2.1 crucible capacity: decided by the customer’s requirement (based on aluminum)
2.2 melting rate: 2.5-3.5 hours per cycle ( at continuous working status)
2.3 fuel gas: diesel oil, waste oil, etc;
2.5 rated working temperature: 850-1250 degree celsius;
2.6 furnace body outer wall temperature: less than room temperature +50 degree celsius;
2.7 rated working condition:
a) The melting furnace and other facilities are working at a normal condition;
b) The heat value of the waste oil meets the requirement.
c) The furnace is working in a continuos manner.
d) The fuel gas consumption is calculated based on 3 hours of continuos working.
3. Furnace Structure
3.1 The furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and sectional steel while the furnace cover from cast iron material.
3.2 Refractory lining: The refractory lining of the melting chamber is formed by one building. This structure has a strong strength, and a long service life. ( compression strength: 140Mpa at a temperature higher than 110°C; linear change rate: 0.1%). The heat insulation layer is comprised of Grade One silicate aluminum fiber and light refractory bricks.
3.3 burning system
The burning system employs European burner, which has functions of temperature control, automatic ignition, flame detection, and automatic start-up or shut-off of the combustor based on the temperature upper limit and lower limit.
4. Working Conditions
4.1 The supply pipe of the oil should be supplied to the connection joint of the burner.
4.2 Control power: 220V, 50HZ.

6. Post Sales Service
Product warranty period: 1 year. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or replacing the broken parts if faults are caused by non-human reasons or faulty operation by the workers. (Easy-worn parts are not included in the warranty.)
The furnace is packed in plywood cases which can be moved through forklift by its feet.
The nearest sea port is Shanghai port which is the largest and most convenient port over China.
The delivery time is 60 days after receipt of down payment.
The furnace can usually be loaded into normal container (20GP or 40GP).
The delivery term can be FOB, CIF, or CNF.
Our company provides test-running service to the customers. We would send our engineers to the buyer's site for installation, test-running and training service. The customer should bear the following costs: round-way air ticket fare, and board and lodging, and daily allowance.
The warrantee period is 1 year after completion of test-running.
We provide technical support life-time.

A: The payment term is 30% down payment, and 70% before delivery (T/T mode).

A: The delivery time of the furnace is 60 days after receipt of down payment.

A: The warrantee period is 1 year after completion of test-running.
