Applications
FZQ series high temperature chamber atmosphere furnace adopts inorganic polycrystalline mullite ceramic fiber chamber, multi-layer insulation material heat insulation, fast temperature rise, strong resistance to thermal shock, extremely low surface temperature, MOSI2 heating element, long service life, professional fixture to fix the heating element, easy disassembly. The furnace chamber adopts the full sealing method combined with the cold zone circulating water structure, with good sealing effect.
Features
1. Working temperature RT ~ 1600 ℃; the highest use temperature in different atmospheres is different
2. Intelligent programmable temperature control instrument can edit, store and call multi-segment program.
3. Over-temperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowable set value automatically cut off the power.
4. Safety protection when the furnace body leakage automatic power off.
5. The furnace chamber is fully sealed by external sealing method and the furnace mouth is sealed by silicone to ensure the ambient temperature of the atmosphere.
6. Gas into the interior of the furnace chamber, float flow meter control, the top exhaust gas placement port.
7. B-type thermocouple, accurate temperature control
8. Heating element is U-type silicon molybdenum rod (MOSI2)
