Applications
Applications
Box-type ashing furnace, also known as muffle ashing furnace or chamber ashing furnace, is specially designed for the ashing combustion process of man-made, synthetic and natural hydrocarbon compounds, and other corrosive volatiles special environment sintering process. The heating element is a resistance wire embedded in the inner layer of silicon carbide, heated on all sides, with uniform temperature field, clean furnace and corrosion resistance. The new air is preheated by the outer wall of the chamber and then enters the furnace chamber from the front end, and the airflow is then circulated in the internal heat field of the furnace chamber and discharged from the rear chimney.
