Applications
FZQ series atmosphere chamber furnace for internal sealing chamber furnace using nickel alloy internal cavity sealing, anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, uniform temperature field, high cleanliness, can be used for a variety of controlled atmosphere heat treatment process, the furnace is well sealed, the bottom process gas entry and top exhaust gas discharge design, suitable for precious metal purification, corrosive volatile materials heat treatment.
Features
1. Working temperature 950℃;
2. Intelligent programmable temperature control instrument with precise control, which can edit, store and call multiple programs;
3. Stainless steel air-tight inner chamber, with water-cooled area at the entrance of the chamber;
4. electric heating wire heating around the outside of the liner;
5. K-type double couple control, furnace detection, temperature control outside the furnace;
6. over-temperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowable set value automatically power off;
7. Safety protection when the furnace body leakage automatic power off
