Product Introduce of Cone ball mill :
Cone ball mill is the key equipment for re-crushing the materials after they are primarily crushed.
Energy-Saving Ball Mill is common ball mill in ore processing. It changed the previous mill structure, make the body and chassis integrated. It is the key equipment for re-crushing the materials after they are primarily crushed.
1. Using special roll bearing to be the supporting structure of the shell, it is a new type ball mill designed on a complete new idea.
2. The hollow shaft is made of casting steel, the inner lining can be dismantled and changed,there is wear-resisting plate inlaid on the inner tube, it has goodabrasion resistanceand runs stable and reliable.
Application Range of Cone ball mill :
Widely used in cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramic industry.
Working Principle of Cone ball mill :
When the mill starts to work, the material go to the first cabin of the grinding machine spirally and evenly through the hollow shaft from the feeder; there are ladder lining boards or ripple lining board in which there are steel balls in different specifications inside the first cabin. The cylinder rotates and produces eccentric force to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls fall down to impact and grind the materials. After coarsely ground in the first cabin, the materials go through the single-layer partition board and into the second cabin in which there are flat lining board, and in the lining board there are steel balls for further grinding. The powder will be discharged from the discharging grating bar at the end.
