Product Description

Product Introduce of Slag mill :

Slag mill is the key equipment for double grinding after the pre-crushed slag, it has been widely used in powder grinding industry and cement grinding station, the technology is very mature.

 

Application Range of Slag mill : 

It is widely used for grinding granulated blast furnace slag, also for grinding cement clinker.

 

Working Principle of Slag mill :

The slag in the mill are squeezed and ground under the pressure of the roller, the ground materials are blown to the separator by the hot wind for separating, meanwhile, it is dried by the hot wind. The separated fines are collected to the duster, sent through air chute, storage elevator, and the three-way valve storage chute, then saved in the powder base. Part of the airflow are purified and circled back, the rest go into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan and the chimney. The coarse materials are sent back the mill for regrind. There outer circling system of the slag mill device. The coarse material which could not be blow up by the airflow will be sent to the cinder through Double flap valve, belt conveyor, elevator. The material in the cinder will be resent to the mill through the belt conveyor, vibrating feeder etc.
