Feature of the main machine

1) Adopt high quality material and element.

2) All driving gears are hardened and chrome-plated,hardness>60o.

3)  Automatic zero returning and automatic restoration.

4) Mechanical expanding connection (easy assembled and disassembled) take place of key connection, eliminate abrasion of the center part on the drivers and keep the accurate register.

1. Feeding unit

1. The main motor equips with protection device, it can not start while the machine is unlocked.

2. The side guides, back guide and front guide are digital control.

3. Skip feeding and continuous feeding are both available.

4. The production can preset and display on the counter.

5. The dust collector with brush at the airflow jaws can clear the impurity on the carton sheet so to promote the quality of printing.

6. Digital control of gap between feeding rolls.

7. Lead edge feeder imported from SUN AUTOMATION GROUP matched with vacuum suction system (the vacuum volume is adjustable to the quality and size of carton sheet) , all kinds of carton sheet can easy to go through.

2. Printing Unit

1) Fast printing plate-hanging device.

2) The step-switches in each printing unit control the printing roller turning forward or backward, it takes only several minutes to fix the printing plate.

3) Digital control of gap between printing cylinder and pressing roller.

4) Alarm warns when abnormal inking.

5) Digital control of printing phase, able to store orders.

6) Automatic restoration of printing phase after clearing printing plate during printing job.

7) Digital control of axial movement of printing cylinder within the scope of 20mm.

8) Low ink indictor and alarm.

9) Ceramic anilox (220-400 lines): The steel roll wrapped with porcelain, rubbed and laser carved.

10) Doctor blades form a sealed chamber with the ink inside,promote the printing quality with excellent inking quality (much better than the rubber roller inking system). It can save much ink during the printing process. Automatic clear system for the anilox and doctor blade.

11) Vacuum transfer during the printing process.

3.Slotting Unit

1. Pre-press roller: The carton sheet is much easier to crease and slot after pre-pressed.

2. The pre-press wheels, slotting heads and creasing wheels are digital control for axial movement, able to store orders.

3. Digital control of slotting phase, able to store orders.

4. Digital control of gaps between pre-creasing rollers, creasing shafts, slotting shafts.

5. Two couples of hand hole making models is supported.

        6. Double slotter, the slotting depth adjusts through inner gear structure, it can protect the carton sheet from being polluted by lubrication.

        7. The up and low slotting heads are synchronous adjusted, avoid collision of the slotting knives, prolong the working age.

4.Die Cutting Unit

1. Digital control of gaps between die cutting roll and rubber mat roll.

2. Digital control of axial movement of rubber mat roll within the scope of 40mm.

3. Digital control of die cutting phase, able to store common orders.

4. Digital control of axial movement of die cutting roll within the scope of 20mm.

5. The speed Compensator is equipped to make the best quality of die cutting.

5. Folder Gluer and Counter Ejector

A) Folding Part

1)        The front gap is adjustable to meet different size of carton box.

2)        Link driven with the feeding unit, the speed coincide with the feeding unit, and can also adjust separately.

3)        Automatic adjustment of position through touch screen system.

4)        The convey belt with suction system make the best conveying accuracy.

5)        The tension of convey belts can be adjusted severally.

6)        The tension of convey belts adjust through Tension Roller.

7)        Adopt Folding Bar system, folding smooth.

8)        Motorized adjustment.

9)        Guide Plate leads the carton box and makes folding more accurate Correction Brush.

10)    Isolated speed adjust system for Correction Brush. Operation side and drive side.

11)    The transverse folding system with lead wheels ensure the high folding accuracy.

12)    Ejector rollers.

B) Glue System

1)        Adopt USA Valco Glue System (equipped with air pressure adjusting device)

2)        Automatic adjustment of position through touch screen

3)        Automatic distinguish the length of box with high speed

C) Hopper and Correction Part

1)    Automatic adjustment of position through touch screen

2)    Pressing device with strong blowing. Position, angle and intensity are adjustable
