Peristaltic pump AB glue dispensing robot
Introduction:
Equipped with dual Peristaltic pump mixing quantitative control system,it can realize dispensing process with adjustable ratio(the viscosity is lower than 20000cps ,AB glue with ratio 1:1-1:20).DaHua’s robot can dispense pattern of dots ,strips,arcs and patterns on different planes or curved surface with automatic control panel.With the advantage of high precision quantitative liquid material and glue control system and excellent repeatability for precise application.
1.Equipped with separate stepper motor control the pump running speed,finish precision mixing/metering,dispensing.
2.The dispensing valve and tank are in digital temperature control mode,the highest temperature can reach 80℃.
3.There will be less waste because of dynamic mixing way.
4.Equipped with intelligent microcomputer,the minimum is 0.01g glue per 0.1second.
5.It can realize dispensing process with adjustable ratio(the viscosity is lower than 20000cps ,AB glue with ratio 1:1-1:20),such as epoxy resin.
6.It can match different pipes,also,mix without air bubbles.
7.Our robot can replace manual operation by high precision programming of dots ,strips,arcs and patterns on different planes or curved surfaces.
8.Easy to operate and edit program,you can learn how to operate within half an hour.

Generally suitable for battery,electric capacity,motor bearing,adapter,dispensing glue inside power supply and crystal sign etc.
