APPLICATIONS:
Excel C-102/102E/106/106E is a high speed die cutting machine without or with stripping function. It is used to die cut print sheet to have box blank for customers.
MAIN FEATURES:
1. The segment gear index system assures smooth transportation to each sheet at high speed and also decrease impact of itself to the whole machine to extend machine life greatly.
2.New gripper bar with revolving gripper opening and grippers adjustable in transversal to give machine more flexibility.
3.New double toggle system ensure more stable movement of moving plate under pressure of 205 tons to have less time without sacrificing die cutting quality.
4. New side lay to ensure accurate registration to different kinds of substrate at high speed.
5. More reliable mechanical double sheet detector.
6. New front lay system. Two front lay assembly is adjustable independently. Its simple and reliable structure assures accurate registration of sheets at front lays.
7.Front and back stopper are used to register new gripper bars to give better registration.
8. Possibility to micro adjust lower backing plate, centre line positioning to chase and dies give accurate locking as well as reliable locking.
9. New delivery system with mechanical brushes and delivery suction device to ensure good delivery to thin paper less then 100gsm
10. New feeding system, new feeder and new side lay give nice sheet transportation together.
11.Big 10.4 inch man-machine interface integrate operation, real time machine running status and trouble indication.
