In-line/off-line Web-fed rotary die cutting production line
APPLICATIONS:
In-line/off-line Web-fed rotary die cutting production line is used to cutting and creasing printed paper roll after gravure or flexo printing machine either in-line or off-line to have final box blanks. It is composed of web guide, tension control, registration, web pressing, slitting, 2-3 modules(creasing, cutting, embossing and sheeting), blanks delivery, blanks distribution, conveying and auto stacking with auto counting.
MAIN FEATURES:
1. Adoption of shaftless technology. Connection to printing press by shaftless technology..
2. Siemens PLC control and touch screen interface to ease operation and give higher reliability.
3. Servo control system and tensioning system
4. High precision double web guiding system
5. Imported printing mark registration to have less time
6. Four patented designs such as air cushion rail for easy module changeover.
7.Optional web flipping over and soft pack slitting
8. In-line and off-line die cutting is for your option.
